Papst Hadrian IV. erteilt dem Eb von Salzburg und dessen Suffraganen die Erlaubnis, wenn es die Notwendigkeit erfordert, außer den 4 Quatembern auch am Palm- und Ostersonntag Diakone und Priester zu weihen.
