König Rudolf confirmirt dem Abte von St. Paul und dem Grafen von Phannenberg das vorgelegte Uebereinkommen ddo. St. Paul, 13. Juni 1278, welches er dem Wortlaute nach einschalten lässt.1 – Testes: Albertus dux Saxonie, Albertus de Habspurch et de Chyenbvrch comes, primogenitus noster, Fridericus Burcgrauius de Nurenberch, Eberhardus de Chatzenellenbogen, Burchardus de Hohenberch, Hugo de Werdenberch, Hugo de Monte forti comites, Otto de Haslowe, Stephanus de Mychsowe, Fridericus de Bettowe, Hertnidus de Wildonia.
