    Nos Petrus dei gratia Ecclesie Patauiensis Episcopus notum facimus vniuersis presentes litteras inspecturis, quod dilectus in christo frater dominus vlricus de Stiria, Ecclesie nostre Canonicus, plebanus Ecclesie in Haedershouen dilecto in christo fratri domino Chunrado abbati Ecclesie in Glůnich ipsam Ecclesiam in Hedershouen, in qua idem dominus abbas post tempora uite domini vlrici predicti ius habere dinoscitur presentandi, gubernandam et regendam in spiritualibus et temporalibus, instituendi et destituendi presbyteros in eadem et omnia eiusdem negocia exercenda commisit de nostro beneplacito et consensu temporibus uite sue, ita tamen, quod eidem domino vlrico per conmissionem huiusmodi nichil de pensione sepedicte Ecclesie per dominum abbatem predictum seu vicarium deseruientem in eadem aliquomodo subtrahatur. In cuius rei testimonium presentes damus litteras sigilli nostri robore conmunitas. Datum Patauie Anno domini M.CC. LXX. quinto, XVII. kalendas Maij.
