    Nos Stephanus dux Sclauonie et capitaneus Stirie significamus, quibus expedit, uniuersis, quod, sicut Leupoldus et Federicus duces aduocaciam nouelli hospitalis Gaersten siti pro remedio animarum suarum sibi assumpserant, ita nos eandem aduocatiam in domini regis et nostram suscepimus proteccionem et tutelam volentes, quod omnia bona ipsius infra terminos regiminis domini regis et nostri constituta omni iure iudicum, theloneorum seu mutariorum in districtu regis postposito proteccionis patrocinio domini regis et nostri manuteneantur secundum, quod in priuilegiis Leupoldi et Federici ducum plenius continetur. hoc eciam uolumus et ordinamus, sicut eciam duces prefati ex gracia speciali hoc sibi concesserunt, quod in ascensu et in descensu, siue salem siue alia queque comparauerint pro necessitate domus, a mutariis (vel) theloneariis aliquod impedimentum eis non inferatur. Siquis eciam ministerialium superna inspiratione commonitus prefato hospitali aliquid prediorum suorum conferre uoluerit, hoc faciendi liberam habeant facultatem. Et ne quis in posterum hec statuta nostra infringere ualeat, ipsa sigilli nostri appensione fecimus roborari. huius rei testes sunt Gutfredus de Marpurch, Weygandus de Messenberch,Franco de Leuzmanspurch et alii quam plures. Datum in Leubun in octaua ascensionis domini anno domini M. CC. L. septimo.
