    In nomine domini Amen, Quoniam vt ait Scriptura, Omnis habere memoriam potius est diuinum. quain humanum, non solum propter momentaneam rerum permutabilitatem, verum etiam propter capacitatis ac sensus hominis inperfectionem et defectum Nos igitur Otacherus dei gratia, Abbas Ecclesie sancte Marie in Seidensteten, feruencius diuino cultui et honestati nostre Ecclesie benignius inherere cupientes, lumen perpetuum, quod a nobis siue a meo Celari (sic) in choro beate virginis solitum fuerat ordinari, Custodem seu Rectorem custodie nostre Ecclesie memorate ordinatum deputamus. assignantes Custodie duas domos decimales in hofingarn et dimidiam domum decimalem in Staingrueb. perpetue tenendas pro svffragijs in eodem. In cuius rei perpetuam memoriam presentes litteras fecimus conscribi, et munimine nostri Sigilli roborari, Actum et Datum in Seideinsteten, Anno domini M°. CCC°. vigesimo quarto.
