manu tua. ut videas cui des, prefatum predium confuli pro remedio anime mee et fratris mei Bopponis et aliorum pa- rentum meorum, tali determinacione, ut quousque ego in carne vixero memoriam mei agant in oracionibus suis, quod Deus actiones meas dirigat et consilia mea in ipso perma- neant, post vero vite mee terminum anniversarium meum martyrologio eorum inscribant et annuatim festive celebr•ent et missam defunctorum specialiter nnaquaque ebdomada pro expiacione delictorum meorum decantent et ab omnibus pres- biteris recordacio nominis mei agatur, et omnium beneficio- rum ipsorum particeps fiam, tam plenarie sicut alicui pro- fesso eorum, et sicut mos est fieri pro fundatore loci scili- cet Buggone, episcopo Wormaciensi. Huius rei testes sunt' de liberis, Engelbart et Walterus filius eius de Lobenhusen, Cuonradus Sporo et Otto filius eius, Magenes de Crumpach, Ernest de Sahsenheim et frater eius Bliggerus de Steinahe, Billungus de Slierbach, de ministerialibus Regembodo de Lobtemburg, Adelbrath de Canele, Heinricus Griez et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec in civitate Wormacia anno dominice incarnacioiiis MCL. indictione XIII. regnante Cuon- rado Romanorem rege. Ut igitur hec rata sint et inconvulsa permaneant que fecimus, hanc cartam nostri sigilli impres- sione signavimus.
