[U]niversisa) Christi fidelibus hanc paginam inspecturis H. dei gracia Constantiensis episcopus1 noticiam geste rei. Si res gesta memorie commendatur, litis aufertur occasio successori. Presentes igitur noverint et futuri, quod dum nos cum viro religioso magistro M. priori fratrum Predicatorum ordinis in Constantia2 diligenter commoniti et rogati a reverendo in Christo P. Constantiensis ecclesie maioris preposito3 ex una parte et viro discreto R. milite de Glatteburg dicto cognomine Giel4 ex altera super capella in Marsteten5, de qua lis non solum inter ipsos ymo etiam inter antecessores eorundem aliquamdiu fuerat ventilata inquisicione diligenti rei veritatem experti plenius fuissemus, videlicet quod dicta capella cum omni iure parrochiali ecclesie in Wigoltingen6 filiali nomine pertinebat. Quomodo idem R. miles nos prevenerat inquirendo et eandem quam et nos huius rei invenerat veritatem et ipsam nobis multisque aliis presentibus exprimebat recongnoscendo sponte dictam capellam pleno iure prefate ecclesie pertinere renuncians publice pro se suisque successoribus omni actioni seu iuri, que in dicta capella videbatur hactenus habuisse. Nos consencientes dictis suis id ipsum pronunciavimus ita esse ad peticionem parcium hanc inde conscribi cedulam facientes et ipsam sigillorum nostri et dicti R. militis munimine iussimus roborari in testimonium huius facti. Acta sunt apud Constanciam in curia nostra, anno domini M°.CC°.XLII. IIII.to kln. septembris, indictione ultima, presentibus Walthero de Ramstain7 maioris ecclesie, Al. de Phyne8 et Volrico notario9 sancti Stephani in Constancia canonicis, magistro Al.
