Licet ex iniuncto nobis officio || pastorali teneamur omnibus nobis commissis in bonis spiritualibus quantum desuper datum nobis fuerit providere. Hiis tamen specialius consilium tenemur et auxilium impertiri, qui || se totos imperpetuum holocaustum domino desiderant salubriter imolare, quoniam prudenciorum usi consilio nequaquam manere volunt cum Lôth in Segor2 vitula consternante, || sed ad montana cum gaudio festinantes cum sponso desiderant in vineis Engadi3 pocius demorari. Est igitur quare devotarum in Christo feminarum . . magistre et conventus religiosarum filiarum in Maggenovwe4 devotis nuper precibus inclinati auctoritate ordinaria concedimus sororibus antedictis, in eodem loco secundum regulam et instituciones Cisterciensis ordinis simul domino famulari, quoniam ordinem iam predictum Romana noscitur ecclesia sollempniter approbasse. Ad hec eisdem duximus concedendum, ut in eodem loco ecclesiam claustrum et necessarias construant officinas, secundum quod sibi ad observantiam ordinis et regule magis viderint expedire. Presentibus eciam indulgentes, ut auctoritate nostra et de bona plebani parrochie, in qua site sunt, quam benignius adhibuit voluntate utantur libere omni iure et privilegiis ordinis sepedicti, quibus eundem ordinem sedes apostolica noscitur adornasse. Ut autem hec nostre concessiones et indulgencie memoratis sororibus perpetuo maneant illibate, presentem paginam has indulgencias continentem et per ordinem referentem sigilli nostri munimine fecimus roborari. Acta sunt hec anno dominice incarnationis M°.CC°.XL°.IIII°. indictione secunda, XVI°. kal. augusti, in maiori ecclesia Constantiensi, multis presentibus tam clericis quam laicis probis viris, in domino feliciter amen.
