R. dei gratia Constantiensis episcopus1 dilectis in Christo universis, ad quos presentes pervenerint, salutem et noticiam subscriptorum. Noveritis, quod vir discretus Růd. de Rinegge2 miles ecclesie nostre ministerialis et eidem pertinens titulo proprietatis dimidiam curiam suam in Heimenhouen3 ad eum proprietatis titulo pertinentem reddentem annuatim quatuor modios tritici, quatuor modios avene, sex sol(idos) den(ariorum) Constant(iensium), duos pullos et unum kloben lini, quam colitta) Johannes de Birbinken4, per manum et consensum nostrum vendidit etb) tradiddta) religiosis et in Christo dilectis magistre et conventui monasterii in Münsterlingen5 pro viginti quattuor libris den(ariorum) Constant(iensium) predicto proprietatis titulo perpetuo possidendam. Testes huius rei sunt Johannes de Schoenenberg6, Burch. de Oetlahussen7 et Eber. de Buele8 milites ac Joannes noster camerarius cum aliis pluribus fidedignis.
