1327 únor 18, Opava (Opavia)
Kazimír, kníže těšínský, vyznává, že je knížetem a vazalem Jana, krále českého a polského, a že od něho přijal lénem Těšínsko se jmenovanými městy a hrady. Kazimirus, dux Tessinensis, recognoscit se principem et vasallum Iohannis, regis Bohemiae et Poloniae, esse ac terram Tessinensem cum civitatibus et castris nominatis ab eodem feodali iure recepisse.
