29. Mai 1461, Rom-St. Peter
Petrus de Valle, Bischof von Ascoli(1) (Esculan.) und Auditor, verwirft auf Antrag des Klosters Wintberg und seines Konventualen Johannes Salzman die von Johannes Perckheimer (Prokurator: Christoforus Schachner) eingereichte Appellation gegen ein früher ergangenes Urteil in dem Streit wegen der Pfarrkirche zu Viechtag(2) als unbegründet und nichtig.Siegler: Aussteller.
