Juan Pérez, juez de Pías, hace firme la restitución concedida por Gómez Fernández, alcalde y merino mayor del rey en Galicia, de ciertos casares y heredades a favor del monasterio de Santa María de Melón por muerte de sus aforados, doña Violante, hija del rey Sancho y mujer que fue de Fernando Rodrigo de Castro, y su hijo.
