Lajos király Zeech-i Miklós dalmát s horvát bán ítélőmestere, György fia Domokos mester kérésére ennek rokonait, Sebestyén fiait: Mihályt és Benedeket, György fiát: Miklóst és a többi név szerint felsorolt, Chaford-ról nevezett személyt kiveszi a soproni vár várjobbágyi kötelékéből és az országos nemesség soraiba emeli.
