A vasvári káptalan jelenti Ország Mihály nádornak, hogy miután az 1468 julius 2.-i parancsára Vas megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden ugy történt meg, amint a panaszosok előadták, illetve a mandátum tartalmazta, Darabos Lászlót Dereskew, György apátot Nadasd s Gáspár fiát Lászlót ugyancsak Nadasd possessiókból a panaszosok ellenében Jakab apostol nyolcadára /aug. 1./ inszinuációval a királyi prézencia elé perbe idézték.
