Burckardus fia: János, budai kármelita prior Septhe-i Péter királyi kancelláriai notariust azért, mivel az egy házát ”in platea Wywaras sitam ad Calidas aquas Superiores” a konventnek adta, a konvent tagjai által a jelenben és jövőben, az oklevélben megszabott módon mondandó misék áldásában részelteti. Septhe-i Péter mester különben a rendnek ”confrater specialis”-a volt. – Szélein szakadt, több helyen elmosódott. – Hártyaszalagon függő pecséttel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy).
