Garai Miklós nádor Gersei Pető fia László perét, a név szerint felsorolt Apaty-ről nevezett nemesek és az Egerwar-i, Szántói Bottka és a többi feljegyzett család név szerint említett tagjai ellen, akik Apathy-i Orman György birtokának László részére történt statuciójának ellentmondottak, propter presentem motum exercitus regni vízkereszt nyolcadára (1432. jan. 13.) halasztja.
