    In nomine sancte et jndiuidue trinitatis Ekkebertus dei gratia Babinbergensis episcopus Omnibus Christi fidelibus imperpetuum. Quia res rationabiliter gesta tum temporis mutabilitate, tum iniqua falsariorum assertione aboleri solet et prout (proinde) notum esse cupimus tam presentis etatis quam future posteritatis hominibus, quod nos hospitali sancte Marie in pede montis, qui Pyrdo nuncupatur, situm tres mansos in Hanvelden, in Hvlwarden et sub monte Cyrian constitutos pro remedio anime nostre in ampliorem pauperum Christi, qui inibi recipiuntur, sustentationem, cum idem hospitale nouella sit plantatio, contradidimus et ne talis donatio ab aliquo possit irritari, presentem paginam conscribi et sigilli nostri inpressione duximus insigniri. Huius rei testes sunt Gvndeloch decanus, Rvolandus scolasticus, Lvpoldus, Bertoldus nepos episcopi canonici maioris ecclesie, Heinricus decanus, Rvdegerus scolasticus, Evstachius, Sifridus canonici sancti Stephani, Sifridus notarius. Laici Gotefridus de Trvhsen, Pilgrinus de Klvsen, Heinricus porcel, Heinricus de Hartenberc, Cvno, Heinricus de Stritberc.
