Abt Jacob und der Konvent von Sewsenstain verlassen ihren Weingarten, genannt der Laym, mit 2 Joch zu Muenpach an dem Hoheimachker an Michael den Pair zu Pruel, seine Frau Kathrein und ihre Kinder Thoema, Mert, Elspet und Kathrein auf Lebenszeit um einen Martinidienst von 14 ß an den Hofmeister im Hof bei Stainn.
