1185. 1000. Mai 26. (Anno incarnacionis M, regni regis Rodulfi VII, octavo
pentecostes). St. Maurice (In Agauno). — Erzbischof Burcard von Lyon, Abt und Propst der
Abtei St. Maurice, verleiht mit Zustimmung König Rodulfs (III), Anselms, Patronus und
Rector der Abtei St. Maurice, und der dortigen Brüder, an Goslin, an dessen Gattin
Hermentrud und deren Erben den von ihnen übertragenen Erbbesitz in der Grafschaft Waadt
(infra commitatum waldenscm), nemlich zwei Mansus in Soor, einen Lunaticus in dur Villa
Castel- lum (Chatel S. Dénis?), und einen Lunaticus in dem Orte Burgondia (in loco qui
vocatur Burgondia), mit der Befugniss, auf diesem Besitze zu bauen (construendi), was er
will; den Zins 12 Denare bezahlt er an Sl. Mauritiustag. Turin, Staatsarch. (Cartular. v.
