Đurađ I Balšić promises to the citizens of Dubrovnik friendship, aid, freedom of trade and customs privileges enjoyed under previous Serbian rulers, in return for paying him the traditional yearly tribute (Saint Demetrius Day tribute) for as long as he rules over the maritime region.
