Frater Herbordus permissione divina Lavantinensis ecclesiae episcopus etc.a Cum igitur ecclesia sancti Ypoliti Pataviensis diocesis in Austriae partibus constituta, quae de sustentatione et eruditione clericorum pauperum ibidem confluentium ac aliis virtutum operibus non indigne laudabiliter commendatur, miserabiliter plurimum unacum officinis suis omnibus per casualem ignis impetumsit vastata, adeo quod testudo et parietes ipsius monasterii periculosam ruinam cottidie comminentur, et dilecti in Christo Eberhardus praepositus et conventus loci ipsius praemissa intendant reparare opere sumptuoso, et ad hoc exequendum salubriter propriae sibi non suppetant facultates, nos de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatae Mariae semper virginis confisi suffragiis omnibus vere poenitentibus et confessis, qui eis ad tam pium opus manum porrexerint adiutricem, quadraginta dies de iniuncta sibi poenitentia misericor diter relaxamus.
