    Rudolfus dei gratia sanetae Magdeburgensis ecclesiae electus totumque eiusdem ecclesiae capitulum — recognoseimus — quod omnia quae venerabilis pater dominus Conradus, Misnensis episcopus super dissensione, quae super bonis in terra Lubus citra Oderam inter nos et fratres inilitiae templi fuit, est arbitratus, statuit vel prae- cepit, complevimus bona tide et irrefragabiliter perpetuo volumus et promisiinus obser vare. Et ut ipsis fratribus et omnibus eorum posteris eo certior tides fiat, ipsos muni- mus his nostris litteris sigillorum nostrorum munimine roborada. Insuper testes sunt canonici maioris ecclesiae Albertus praepositus — fratres militiae terapli magister Hein- ricus, fr. Johannes de Zopolowe, fr. Tiderus, fr. Widekinus, fr. Sifridus de Л morde, fr.
