    [1] Anno domini 1404o in vigilia sancte Katherine virginis, celebrata congregatione doctorum facultatis medicine super electione novi decani per venerabilem Nycolaum de Heberstorff, artium et medicine doctorem pro tunc decanum, electus fuit in decanum magister Nycolaus de Furstenveld, medicine doctor, in cuius decanatu secundo acta sunt hec.

    [2] Primo commissum est sibi per facultatem, quod deberet facere fieri unum sigillum pro facultate medicine, cuius effigies esset sancti Luce ewangeliste et medici.

    Quod et factum est.40

    [3] Item in eadem congregatione commissum fuit decano facultatis pro tunc noviter electo, quod a magistris, scilicet Iohanne de Sancto Ypolito caperet 4 flor. et magistro Nycolao de Ebersdarff caperet 4 flor. cum lib. 1 den. et misit sibi magister Nycolaus

    de Hebersdarff per Nycolaum pedellum pro tunc facultatis 3½ tal. preter 36 den., alios exponuit pro vino in decanatu suo etc.
