    [27. September 1491] Item festam sanctorum martirum Cosme et Damiani medicorum clarissimorum diem pro more iam dudum observato necnon noviter addito cum capellanis in processione ire debentibus et missas legentibus ob refrigerium animarum nostre facultatis doctorum, ante omnia tamen et imprimis in laudem et refrigerium anime prestantissimi viri domini Nicolai de Hebersdarff32, principis pro tempore phisici, domum suam facultati testamento dantis et libros quam plurimos, cuius anima Deo vivat [in] eternum33amen, votive profecto celebratam vidimus et pro eorundem festorum medicorum celebracione exponenda sunt exposita, nisi quod addidi 32 den., quos si exponerem pro vino dominis octenariis, ipsi promiserunt fide data per tunc temporis Magistrum chori dominum Leonardum, quod in futuros annos hoc incipiendo anno processionaliter cum responsorio ad altare sanctorum Cosme et Damiani34et Fabiani et Sebastiani ire vellent.35Ego, cum hec ad me decanum detulissent, non potui non assentire eisque prenominatos numeravi et dedi denarios, non quod annuatim dandi forent, sed hoc anno36tantum dari sufficiat in secula seculorum; sub spe itaque ratihabitacionis per facultatem feci, quod factum est in laudem et [gloriam] sanctorum Cosme et Damiani.
