    [13. Oktober 1573] Primo impetravi decretum ab imperatore, quo injungebatur excelso regimini, ut de controversia inter facultatem medicam et apothecarios suam majestatem informent vel causam tam diutumae morae exponant.

    Inde excelsum regimen decretum dedit, quo mandavit, ultimum libellum supplicem, quem facultas suae majestati obtulerat vel copias ejusdem denuo tradi.

    Curavi transcribi. Exposui pro describendo libello medium florenum.

    Interea comperi, dictum libellum originaliter senatui Viennensi (jam dudum antea) pro informatione fuisse datum. Senatus consequenter ab apothecariis informationem petiverat, sed hi post annuam fere dilationem compulsi per plura decreta, tandem in Januario suam informationem dederunt. Quid jam ex ea parturiant domini Viennenses, sequens decanus poterit experiri.

    Hac hyeme celebrata fuit universalis anathomia corporis humani masculi per D. D. Jo. Aicholtzium et Doctorem442 Petrum chirurgum aulicum443. Demonstrator fuit D. D. Benjamin Löbschitz. [fol. 208r]
