    [2. Oktober 1576] 2. Octobris Samuel Hetzel ex Tzappa balneator ad petitionem senatus Viennensis examinatus est in cognitione pestis, cum priori chirurgo addendus esset, nihil numeravit.

    Examinatores fuerunt D. Aicholtzius501, Dadius Spitaller et decanus. Approbatus et Viennensibus commendatus.

    Accepta:

    Ab antecessore meo accepi 6 grossos in charta inclusos,

    a Mag. Lubano pro examine 15 flor.,

    a Mag. Preterschnecker pro examine 4 flor.,

    a Zeitvogl502 4 flor.,

    a Benedicto Perger 4 flor.

    Summa: 27 flor. 18 cruc.

    Exposita:

    Pedello numeravi 2 flor. 20 cruc.

    Singulis doctoribus absentibus aeque atque praesentibus ex communi consensu de examinatis dedi 2 flor. Haugstonio, qui examini Pergeri tantum interfuit dedi 15 cruc. Summa: 22 flor. 35 cruc.
