    [14. November 1605] II. congregatio. Die 14. Novembris D. D. Lucas Colerei ad [fol.

    7r] repetitionis actum oretenus petens admissus est, eique sorte aphor. 16 sect. 1.

    assignatus fuit. Solvit unicuique doctorum 3 flor., facultati 6, pedello suum. Portio D.

    Adami in defalcationem sui, ob repetitionem et ad collegium nostrum admissionem

    debiti in aerario conservata fuit.19

    Hac ipsa congregatione clariss. D. D. Joannis Petri Magni vicedecanatus acta lecta

    sunt et ut inscriberentur, approbata.

    Quaestio praeterea mota fuit, an doctorissae, rectius impostrici et circumforaneae illi

    faeminae, cujus in praecedenti congregatione mentio facta fuit, imago sua, cujus

    causa ab eadem et aliis illius causam tractantibus summopere molestabar, restitui

    debeat. Responsum et unanimi consensu conclusum fuit, effigiem ipsi nulla ratione

    restituendam, imo si plures priori similes pingi curaret, easdem quoque ab illa tollendas esse.
