    [19. Oktober 1620] 19. Octobris officium missae cantatae defunctorum. Visitata est officina ad aethyopem undern Thuechladen per me D. Perckhoverum et D. Alffterum, Petrum Schirer apothecarium. Partim corrigenda invenimus per sua ingredientia partim ut aboleta rejicienda. Etenim corrigibilia fuerunt: Syrupus acetosus diarrhodonis, syr. de artemisia, syr. Bizantinus, syr. de enula, syrup. de endivia, syr. Myrtillorum, syr. de fumaria simplex qui compositi inscriptione gaudebat. Oxymel compositum ratione sacchari reparari poterat reliqua ingredientia exoleta erant.

    Confundi et confusa rejici debebant: Syr. de pomis regis Sabor, syr. de portulaca, conserva florum violarum, flores cassiae acidi, elect. Diasebesten, elect. diaprunum acidum, spec. Diaprassium, species diagalangae, elect. diaturbith cum rhabarbaro in forma liquida inusitatum. [fol. 101v] Diacurcumae laetificantis Rhasis, diacinnamomum, diahysopum, dianthos, dialaccae diacalamenti, diapenidi, diaxylaleos, diatrion pipereon seu de tribus piperibus, dianisum, diapleron sarconticon, de gemmis calidis, diatragachanti frigidi rosatae novelae, trochisci de xyloaloe, de lacca, de violis sine scammonea.

    In defectu fuerunt: Elect. Indum, lochoch de pino, lochoch de pulmone vulpis. Opercula pyxidum quarundam inscriptionibus carebant.
