    [18. Februar 1692] Die 18. Februarii Thomas Frey balneator in Medling supplicat pro sui defensione accusans Johannem Jacobum Mezer herniotomum Bercholdtstorffensem qui extra 4 solitas nundinas in publico theatro simul cum damno pilulas purgantes porrigendo [fol. 98v] sua passim divendidit in festo natali domini. Citatus herniothomus nullibi in Austria extra consuetas nundinas nec in oppido caesarea Medling speciatim velle amplius comparere stipulata manu mihi promisit.

    Itidem die 18. Februarii ex gymnasio ducali Graecensi tres physici Status Styriae ordinarii D. Johannes Wagner, Johannes Michael Charis et Joannes Baptista Wenkh in casu controverso cujusdam demortuae patientis me et facultatem ad dijudicandum requirunt supplicantes contra D. Boschizi phil. et med. dr. Responsum: Examinato hoc casu et in utramque partem diligenter discusso rebus sic stantibus secundum transmissam relationem morbi positisque juxta causarum et symptomatum varietatem legitimis indicationibus prolata prudenter prognosi curatio methodice instructa.
