    Congregatio plenaria die 2. Augusti praesentibus PP. Sp. Cl. et Exc. DD. Ruck sen., Deimbl, Freund sen., Silveri, Dam, Anderler, Vogl, Fezer, Mack, Proski, Hentschl, Knoblach, Plencius, Freund jun., Paesmayr, Juschiz, Ruck jun.

    1. Supplicans medicinae studiosi pro stipendio Emericano Franciscus Eckhart, remissus est pro parere ad DD. superintendentes.

    2. D. medicinae baccalaurei formati, cum omnia requisitua adimpleverint, vi quorum ad ulteriorem gradum aspicare possint. Ideo supplicant #### cum disputatione inaugurales iam perfecerint, ut praesentatio illis ad reverendissimum D. cancellarium pro aperiendis cancellis ad examen rigorosum concedatur, et annuit illis facultas.

    3. Citatus fuit Gabriel N., acidularum venditor, et constitutus est, quare hoc anno publicam acidulis debite non inserviatus, cum vero praeter fricolas quesdam excusationis nihil determinare potuerit, ideo duo pharmacopoeo de Pauli insinuatum fuit, quod facultas sequenti die acidulas visitura sit, et inventum est, quod pucissima quantitas earum nec in qualitate adeo bonarum defacto prosteat, quod seria admonitione pharmacopoeis insinuatum est.
