Martin Woykhowitz verkauft dem Doktor Johann Boniat und seiner Frau Maria den Hof zu Velm unter Spannberg auf dem Marchfeld, wovon man dem Kloster Mauerbach jährlich 3 1/2 Pfund Pfenning dient.
