8. Jänner 1415
Hans von Neidegg gibt seinen Weingarten, genannt die Floytinn, gelegen ober Schwallenbach, und einen Acker ebendaselbst sechs Genannten seiner Grundholden zu Schwallenbach zur besseren Bestiftung ihrer Häuser gegen jährliche Abgabe der halben Weinfechsung.
