Jans und Friedrich von Goldegg (Goldek) verzichten gegenüber Bischof (Ulrich) von Chiemsee auf ihre Ansprüche auf Gut und Bach zu Kahlenberg (Chalenperch) (bei Fischhorn/Pinzgau), für die die „Lopechen“ ihre Lehensträger sind, die beides an den Bischof verkauft haben
