    Nos Ph(ilippus) dei gracia electus ecclesie Salzburgensis apostolice sedis legatus tenore presencium confitemur nos domino Ot(toni) preposito et capitulo nostro pratum quoddam dictum Werchwise pro XXV marcis argenti pro quodam dcxtrario, quem nobis tanto precio distraxerunt, taliter obligasse, ut, cum dictam summam pecunie ipsis persolverimus, ad nos eadem obligatio revertatur. In argumentum itaque facti huius presentem cartam conscribi iussimus et sigilli nostri munimine roborari.
