Papst Klemens IV. erteilt dem Erw. Wlodizlaus die Vollmacht, Kleriker und Laien, die wegen Begünstigung der Gegner Eb Ulrichs in Exkommunikation verfallen sind, nach Gutmachung der Schäden loszusprechen. »Sicut in nostra constitutus presentia«. Dat. Perusii 5 kal decemb. p. n. a. 1. Or. B an Hanf in Wien. ---Österr. RChr. V. 8725 sagt ausdrücklich, daß W. sich nach seiner Erhebung zum Papst begab.
