Mag. Johann v. Capua päpstl. Notar, bekennt, daß ihm Eb Friedrich 60 Mark Silber Vened. Gewicht von wegen der zwischen ihm und den eb. Prokuratoren geschlossenen Abmachung wegen 30 Mark Silber Pension, die seit fünf Jahren ausständig war, geschuldet habe und ihm jetzt Abt Gerard von St. Paul, Erwählter von Lavant, namens des Eb s 40 Mark Silb. Ven. Gew. bezahlt habe; weiters quittiert er über 60 Mark. Actum Viterbii a. d. 1276, ind. 4, die vero ianuar. 26, ap. sede vacante p. mort. d. Greg. p. 10. Or. it. Perg. S in Wien. 
Original dating clause: anno domini millesimo ducentesimo septagesimo sexto, indicatione quarto, die vero ianuar. vicesimosexto, aplica sede vacante p. mortem dm Gregori pp decim.
