Engelmar, Bischof von Chiemsee, der von Papst Bonifaz IX. die Verordnung erwirkt hat, dass jene Salzburger Kanoniker, welche noch nicht Priester sind, den Wahlen und anderen Kapitularakten nicht mehr beiwohnen und dabei keine kapitulare Stimme haben sollen, gelobt eidlich allen Fleiß anzuwenden, dass selbe vom Papst vollständig widerrufen und annulliert werde.
