Leonhard von Keutschach verkauft dem Christoph von Keutschach (Keutschacher) seine 2 Häuser zu Salzburg samt der Leibsgedingsgerechtigkeit und 400 Pfund Pfennig Baurecht auf die domkapitlische Behausung (Vidimus von Abt Benedikt von St. Peter).
