Graviter nimis ferimus, quod cum aliqui pro iniuriis, quas vel nobis vel capitulo seu etiam aliis ecclesiis quibuscunque inferunt, sententiam excommunicacionis merentur, vos nichilominus post denunciationes communicatis eisdem in honoris nostri contemptum et in vestrarum periculum animarum. Eapropter vobis precipiendo mandamus sub optenta gratie nostre, ut quicumque inantea vobis denunciati fuerint excommunicationis teneri sententia artissime evitetis, sicut vindictam canonum vultis effugere et secularis per nos brachium potestatis.||
