Peter von Spaur (Spauer), Hauptmann an der Etsch, Burkhard von Mannsperg, Ulrich von Weißpriach, Bartholomäus von Gufidaun, Hans und Ulrich von Freundsberg, Eckhart und Hans von Vilanders, Wilhelm Sebnez, Hans von Wolkenstein und Hans Gseller bezeugen, dass Viktor der Trautson mit Briefen und Kundschaften bewiesen habe, dass seine Vordern etliche Lehen vom Erzstift besessen haben und bitten den Eb um Verleihung derselben. 
Original dating clause: an suntag vor sant symon vnd Iuda tag. Anno domini MCCCCXII.
