König Sigismund verkündet dem Friedrich von Pettau (pettaw), der, wie Eb Johann klagbar angebracht hat, eine Mühle in der Stadt Pettau bauen ließ, dass er zur Entscheidung dieses Streites den Pfalzgrafen Wilhelm bevollmächtigt habe.
