Erzbischof Pilgrim von Salzburg verlangt vom Abte von St. Paul, weil er ,propter inmensa et notoria grauamina personeque nostre et familiarinm nostrorum capcionem et detencionem rerum ablatorum illatasque nobis vltramodum absque vlla culpa nostra emulorum nostrorum tirannide molestaciones et iniurias, quas nunc vt constat, pro ecclesie nostre et nostris iuribus defendendis et pro huiusmodi propulsandis iniuriis et violenciis manifestis gwerrarum oppressionibus coacti sustinuimus et hodie sustinemus, ac sumptuosa admodum armatorum stipendia atque dampna, quibus contra nos et ecclesiam nostram surgentibus ex aduerso resistere et iura nostra et ecclesie nostre defensare diuino freti auxilio valeremus‘, nothwendig Hilfe brauche, ein Subsidium caritativum von ,quatuordecim marcas puri argenti pro qualibet marca septem florenos computando‘, welches bis zum Feste ,purificationis beate virginis‘ bei Vermeidung der Excommunication für den Abt und des Interdictes für das Kloster zu zahlen sei.
