Abt Peter von St. Paul belehnt den edlen Ritter Daniel von Cholnicz mit den Lehensgütern, welche vormals seine Brüder Jorg und Eberhard von Cholnicz zu Lehen hatten. ,Item ainen Hoff zu Hunczdorf, ain hueben da selbs, die der Steffan innhat, item ain guet daselbs neben des Menschein guet hat der Jeger inn, vnd siben Akcher in Hunczdorfer veld bey der strassen hat inn der Steffan‘.
