König Rudolf nimmt das von ihm gestiftete Nonnenkloster zu Tulln in seinen besonderen Schutz, bestimmt einen jeweiligen Herzog von Österreich zum Vogt desselben, befragt selbes mit Ausnahme des Blutbannes der vollen Gerichtsbarkeit.
