24. April 1352
Leupolt der Ruezestorffer Bürger von Wiener Neustadt und Katharina seine Hausfrau verkaufen ein ihnen freieigenthümliches Grundrecht von 1/2 Pfund und 7 Pfennig Wiener Münze auf Krautgärten in der Gärtner Gasse zu Wiener Neustadt um 5 Pfund Wiener Pfennig den Kindern Hartneids Schön.
