Albrecht, Herzog von Österreich verspricht Konrad dem Maurer in dem Besitze des Hauses und der zwei Hofstätten an dem Schweinmarkt zu Wien zu schützen, welches derselbe von dem St. Clara Kloster in Wien erkauft hat.
