Spruchbrief Niklas Pehem zu Grinzing, Amtmann des St. Clara Klosters in Wien für Frau Anna, Meister Chunrads des Schied vor dem Widmerthor zu Wien, Hausfrau gegen deren Schwester Gmechleins von Nerzburg Hausfrau wegen eines Weingartens bei Grinzing in dem Kirichgraben.
