Agnes, Wilhelms von Scherffenberg Hausfrau, verzichtete zugunsten Albrechts von Wilthausen, ihres Sohnes aus erster Ehe, und ihres Schwagers Heinrich von Wilthausen für dreihundert Mark Silber auf alles Erbe von Seite ihrer Eltern, ihrer Geschwister und ihres ersten Mannes.Siegler: Agnes und Wilhelm von Scherffenberg, Ulrich von Walsee.
