Hertneyd von Scherphenberch und seine Gattin verkaufen ihrem Bruder Georg von Scherphenberch um 71 Mark Agleier Pfennige ihr Gut zu Chawd bei Gutenwerd sowie eine Hube, einen Weingarten und 7 Eimer Bergrecht zu Groden.Siegler: der Aussteller und seine in der Urkunde nicht näher genannte Gattin.
