Abstract
1. September 1583, Wien
Don Juan Manrique de Lara, Rat und bestellter Obrist, der die ihm von weil. Kaiser Maximilian II. am 24. Jänner 1576 gegebene Verschreibung über 7811 fl. 28 kr. zu 7 % auf das Oberdreissigstamt zu Ungar. Altenburg, die sich gegenwärtig nach Abzahlung von 1500 fl. samt Interesse auf 10.503 fl. 22 kr.beläuft, an Niclas Galen zediert hat, erklärt die frühere Verschreibung, die sich unter der Sperre nach dem verstorbenen Oberstenböhmischen Kanzler Wratislaw von Pernstain befindet, für null und nichtig.
